When
will my order arrive?
The majority of our products
are ready for shipping. Sunglasses, contact lenses, care products and glasses
are usually delivered within 2-5 days in a
secure and padded parcel.
If your desired product is not
immediately ready for shipping, or you have ordered an individual customization
(all prescription glasses), then the relevant information will be shown. We
will send your purchase as soon as possible, once we have finished the
customization or received the goods from the manufacturer. This usually takes 5-14 days. This
process may take up to 4 weeks, but only under exceptional circumstances.

Can I
send my order to a different address?
Yes, of course! You can, for
example, have your new glasses sent directly to your office. Simply enter the
address where you would like your order to be sent during the ordering process.
Please keep in mind that we
cannot offer payment by invoice in this case as we operate this service via an
external service provider. For this payment method your order must be delivered
to your billing address.
Waleed Optics delivers all over GCC. Shipping time and costs
depend on your location. Standard 8 K.D will be charged within GCC Countries.
